How to Access Your TXOG Rewards

TXOG Rewards are here! Starting on January 16, 2024, you will receive points every time you complete an order at Texas Original. Points acquired can be used towards future orders for up to 75% off your order. Read the following step-by-step instructions on how to earn points, track points and view your rewards status.

You'll earn 1 point for every $20 you spend, and you can also earn extra points from other activities.

• Earn 1 point for every $20 spent at Texas Original. Points are earned on orders that have been completed and paid for. Points are calculated from your order's final total after any applicable discounts have been applied. Points earned from purchases expire 1 year after they are awarded.  
• Earn 10 points for your birthday. Enjoy a special birthday gift from Texas Original! Birthday points are added 1 day before your birthday. Birthday points expire 60 days after they are awarded.
• Earn 30 points for referring a friend. Refer a friend using the form here and earn 30 points ($30) for every new patient you refer to Texas Original after they have completed their order with us. There's no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Points earned from referrals expire 1 year after they are awarded. 

1. First, log in to your account. After you log in to your account, visit your account homepage here. 
2. On your account homepage, you will see two options in the grey leftside menu: “TXOG Reward Points” and “TXOG Reward Points History.” For mobile users, click “My Account” at the top of the screen to open the menu.
3. Click on TXOG Reward Points to see a basic overview of the program as well as your current balance. Tap on TXOG Reward Points History to see a log of points you have earned, used or are expiring soon.
