How to Use Your Rewards

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, plus collect bonus points through other eligible activities. Once you've earned at least 100 points, you can redeem them for a rewards discount. You may apply one rewards discount per order, and it can be combined with other eligible promotions for even greater savings.

  • 100 points unlock a rewards discount that you can use on your next order. 
  • Rewards discounts increase as you move up loyalty tiers. 
  • You can stack eligible discounts and reward points. 

How to Earn Points

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Texas Original. Points are earned on orders that have been completed and paid for. Points are calculated from your order's final total after any applicable discounts have been applied. Points earned from purchases expire 365 days after they are awarded. 
  • Earn 100 points for your birthday. Enjoy a special birthday gift from Texas Original! Birthday points expire 60 days after they are awarded.
  • Earn 500 points for referring a friend. Login to your account and refer a friend using the Referral Link. Earn 500 points for every new patient you refer to Texas Original after they have completed their order with us. There's no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Points earned from referrals expire 365 days after they are awarded.

Terms and Conditions

TXOG Rewards

  • Texas Original reserves the right to amend or terminate the TXOG Rewards and Referral Program at any time, for any reason.
  • Reward points and loyalty discounts are subject to verification.
  • Patients earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at Texas Original. Points are calculated based on the final order total after applicable discounts have been applied.
  • Reward points are only awarded for orders that have been completed and paid for. Canceled or incomplete orders do not accrue reward points.
  • Points earned from purchases expire 365 days after they are awarded. Terminated points cannot be regained.
  • Customers cannot earn reward points on orders placed using reward points.
  • A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem a rewards discount. One rewards discount may be applied per order and may be combined with other eligible discounts. 
  • All patients begin in the Bluebonnet tier and can move into higher tiers based on eligible spending from completed orders beginning July 27, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, loyalty tiers will be based on eligible spending during each calendar year.
  • Loyalty tiers reset on January 1 of every year.
  • Reward points have no monetary value outside of the TXOG Rewards program and may not be redeemed for cash. Points are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.
  • Upon termination of the TXOG Rewards and Referral program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed points that have not yet been delivered to the customer or used by the customer are forfeited. 

Refer a Friend

  • The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. The Referrer cannot refer themselves to earn points.
  • Purchases made by Referred Customers who share the Referrer’s email address, billing address or shipping information may not qualify for points.
  • The Referred Customer must not be an existing customer of Texas Original or have previous accounts or purchases with Texas Original.  
  • The Referred Customer must be a registered patient under the Compassionate Use Program (CUP) with an eligible prescription to make a purchase at Texas Original.  
  • Reward points from Referrals are subject to verification.
  • The Referrer must ensure that they only refer people with whom they have a personal relationship, and who would want to receive the referral.
  • The Referrer must be a legal resident of Texas and at least 18 years old to participate.
  • The Referrer agrees not to send the invitation link to anyone under 18 years old.  
  • Reward points earned from a Referral are only awarded after the Referred Customer has completed and paid for their order at Texas Original.
  • Reward points are awarded to the Referrer immediately after the Referred Customer has completed their order at Texas Original. 
  • Texas Original reserves the right to verify, deny or terminate reward points from Referrals.  
  • Referrals made after July 27, 2026 qualify for 500 points per referred customer.
