FAQ: Kirby Dispensary Cannabis Guide

Our mission is to create the highest quality medicine that changes people’s lives. As a licensed medical provider, we work alongside physicians registered in the Texas Compassionate Use Program to support patients throughout their treatment.

We handle cultivation, manufacturing and packaging ourselves rather than outsourcing any part of the process. Managing every step in-house is what allows us to guarantee the same quality and consistency in each and every product we produce.

Above all, we want accessing medical cannabis to feel accessible, not overwhelming. Kirby dispensary patients will find our San Antonio team ready to listen, then offer clear guidance at every step.

Our San Antonio dispensary sits at 1464 Austin Hwy #104, San Antonio, TX 78209, just off TX-368 Loop North and a short drive from Kirby.

No. Texas doesn't issue a physical medical cannabis card. Your physician enters your prescription electronically into the state's Compassionate Use Registry, which our team verifies at pickup.

Your prescribing physician determines the specific amount, product types and dosing available based on your individual treatment plan.

Patients may pay by bank online, and we process those bank payments when you receive your order. We also accept Aeropay, debit, cash and checks. Checks can be made out to "Compassionate Cultivation, LLC." However, credit cards aren't an option due to federal banking regulations tied to cannabis sales.

Absolutely! Our loyalty program is designed to help you unlock even greater savings on medical cannabis. It includes:

Points Earned with Every Purchase: Patients earn points on every completed purchase, with each loyalty tier unlocking even greater savings.
Welcome Offer for New Patients: First-time patients receive a special discount to start their experience with us.
Discounts for Veterans, First Responders and Military Personnel: We offer a 20% discount on every order as a token of appreciation.
Rotating Promotions: Limited-time offers run throughout the year, giving patients even more ways to save.
