New to medical cannabis in Texas? Below you’ll find common questions and answers about the delivery and pickup process.

Can you mail the medicine to me?

Unfortunately, it is federally illegal to mail cannabis products. All deliveries must be completed by our drivers.

Can my medication be scheduled for delivery?

Our deliveries routes are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. If you’d like to keep a consistent delivery timeframe, we recommend placing your order 7-10 days in advance to reserve your spot.

How will I be notified about my medical marijuana delivery?

You will receive an email from info@texasoriginal.com with your delivery date approximately 24-48 hours after placing your order. To ensure you receive it, please star the info@texasoriginal.com email and opt in to Onfleet for text updates on the day of delivery.

How do I pay for my delivery?

We accept Aeropay (recommended), debit*, cash, checks and money orders. Checks can be made out to "Compassionate Cultivation, LLC."

*Due to the federal legal status of medical cannabis, credit cards are not accepted. We can accept debit at all locations (including qualifying FSA/HSA accounts) however, the card must have a chip and pin. If you plan to pay with an FSA/HSA card, we strongly recommend bringing a backup form of payment.

Are delivery times set or flexible?

Our delivery schedules are set because our drivers cover the entire state of Texas starting from our South Austin facility. If you miss your scheduled delivery, the order will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled.

Why does delivery take so long?

All orders are fulfilled from our South Austin location and delivered across Texas by our team of drivers. For faster service, we offer next-day pickups at all locations for orders placed by 5 pm the previous business day.

Can someone else sign for my prescription if I'm not home?

Yes, but the person must be a registered caregiver listed on your prescription. We require a valid ID for all patients and caregivers upon receipt of the medication. Your prescribing physician will need to add anyone picking up or accepting delivery on your behalf as a caregiver.

Is there an order minimum on deliveries?

Yes, home delivery requires a minimum order of $200, but there is no delivery charge. Orders under $200 can be picked up at one of our convenient locations across Texas.

Can you deliver my prescription if I live near a pickup location?

Patients who live within 10 miles of a pickup location are ineligible for delivery because we reserve home deliveries for those who cannot leave their homes or drive. You can also have a caregiver pick up your medicine for you. If you live within 10 miles of a location and need a delivery, call us at 512-614-0343 to find out if you qualify for a home delivery.
