Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation (TOCC) has an array of medical marijuana products to meet a variety of patient needs. Different formulations and consumption methods cater to specific conditions and their symptoms.
We have three main formulations for our medicine that include a THC-Only formulation, Balanced formulation and High-CBD formulation. These formulations come in a variety of products that include tinctures, lozenges, a mouth spray and gummies that are coming soon.

Formulations
THC-Only Formulation
TOCC’s THC-Only 0:1 Tincture is the first in Texas. This 0:1 formulation has THC and no relative amount of CBD. It was developed by a team of eight physicians serving on our medical advisory board after patients and their doctors asked for a THC-only medicine to treat specific symptoms.
The THC-Only 0:1 formulation may be beneficial for treating symptoms such as:
- Pain
- Spasticity
- Insomnia
- Nausea and many more
Balanced Formulation
Our Balanced formulations include a 3:1 and 1:1 ratio. Balanced formulations have relatively similar levels of CBD and THC by weight. Clinical research suggests that balanced formulations can have a positive impact on symptoms associated with the following conditions: Autism, Multiple Sclerosis, Spasticity, Terminal Cancer, ALS and other neurodegenerative diseases.
The Balanced formulations are best for treating symptoms such as:
- Anxiety
- Appetite Loss
- Insomnia
- Muscle Spasms
- Pain
High-CBD Formulation
The High-CBD formulation was TOCC’s first formulation. High-CBD formulations have much higher CBD content by weight – up to 20 times the amount of THC. Clinical research suggests that High-CBD formulations can have a positive impact on symptoms associated with the following conditions: Epilepsy (and other seizure disorders) and Autism.
The High-CBD 0:1 formulation may be beneficial for treating symptoms such as:
- Seizures
- Disruptive Behavior
- Restlessness
- Anxiety
- Depression

All of our medical marijuana products are made with the highest quality, purity and consistency.
Tincture
Tinctures are available in all of our formulations and come in different flavors. The tincture is taken by using a syringe to dispense the medicine underneath the tongue and holding it for 1-2 minutes for best cannabinoid absorption.
Our tinctures include:
- 0:1 THC-only (Unflavored - contains terpenes)
- 3:1 Balanced (Cherry, Mint, Unflavored - contains terpenes)
- 1:1 Balanced (Cherry, Mint, Unflavored - contains terpenes)
- 20:1 High-CBD (Cherry, Mint)
Mouth Spray
Our High-CBD Spray comes in the same concentration as our tincture but in a spill-proof container with much simpler administration. This product has some compelling benefits for patients and their caregivers. The Mouth Spray has enhanced absorption as it coats the entire mouth. It also has an easier delivery method for patients who can’t hold the medication under their tongue or in the cheek pouch long enough to allow mucosal absorption.

- 20:1 High CBD (Mint)
Lozenges
Texas Original’s lozenges are currently available in our Balanced formulations. Patients simply insert a lozenge into the mouth and allow it to fully dissolve without chewing, crushing or swallowing. This delivery method mitigates possible GI issues experienced when using medical marijuana tincture which increases a patient’s oil intake.

- 1:1 Balanced (Agave-lime)
- 3:1 Balanced (Lemon)
Gummies
Our Texas-made gummies will be available in September 2021 and will come in a strawberry passion fruit flavor.
