2. Talk to a Doctor

Once you’ve confirmed that you have an approved condition, you’re ready to set your appointment. Fill out our Find a Doctor form to find a doctor in your area. We will connect you with our network of doctors who are ready to prescribe with trusted telemedicine options.

Be sure to bring any questions you have to your appointment. Afterward, your doctor will electronically add your marijuana prescription to the Compassionate Use Registry.

3. Fill Your Marijuana Prescription

After your appointment, you can fill your Texas medical marijuana card prescription at a local dispensary. Although there are three dispensaries that are licensed in Texas, Compassionate Cultivation is the only Texas-owned-and-operated dispensary in the state.

Unlike traditional pharmacies, medical marijuana dispensaries must be notified by the patient that their doctor has put their marijuana prescription in the system. To fill your prescription, you can call or use the prescription fill form.

Finally, choose how you would like to receive your prescription.
