What is the Compassionate Use Program?
In 2015, Texas passed the Compassionate Use Act. This law allowed for the first legal use of MMJ in the state and established the Compassionate Use Program, the state’s official MMJ program.
Since 2015, the program has expanded twice, allowing for more than 150 conditions to qualify.
What Conditions Qualify in Texas?
