Our new website is here, and placing an order is easier than ever! Continue reading to learn how to navigate our new website, access your account, place an order and receive order updates. 

Please note, order confirmations are now sent by email instead of text. After placing an order, check your email to stay up to date on your order status and pickup or delivery information. If you have placed an order with us recently, you may receive a duplicate confirmation email from us. 

How to Access Your Account

You can now place and track your orders by logging in to your online account at First, click the Profile icon in the top menu to log in to your account. If you are on a mobile device, click the menu icon in the top left corner, then select "My Account" from the dropdown.

If you were a current Texas Original patient before August 14, 2023, you can access your account on our new website by clicking "Forgot Your Password?" and using the email we have on file for you. You will receive instructions to reset your password in your email inbox. Don't see the email? Check your spam and promotions folders. Once you have set up your new password, you do not have to repeat this process and can log in with your email and the password you set by clicking the Profile Icon on the website. 

If you are a new patient and need to place your first order with us, simply click the "Create an Account" button and follow the instructions. 

How to Place an Order

Once you have logged in, you place an order directly on our website. Visit, select your desired products, then click "Add to Cart." Once you are ready to check out, click the Shopping Cart Icon then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you see an error that guest checkout is disabled, that means you need to log in to your account by following the steps above. 

Next, add your home address under the "Patient Address" section. Even if you are planning to pick up your medicine, make sure to add your residential address. When adding your phone number, make sure it does not include any symbols, spaces or dashes. For example, your phone number should follow this format:1112223333.

Then, select your pickup location and day, or request a home delivery. Please note, patients that live within 10 miles of a pickup location are not eligible for a home delivery. If you are unable to drive and do not have a caregiver who can pick up your medicine for you, please chat us on our website and we would be happy to assist you.

Lastly, select how you plan to pay for your medicine, then click "Place Order." After your order is placed, you will receive order updates by email. Order confirmations are no longer sent by text. Please check your Promotions and Spam/Junk folders if you don't see an email in your inbox after you place your order.
