1. Check for Refills
First, check your patient slip to see if your doctor has allocated refills. You are provided a patient slip each time you receive your medication. Refills are marked towards the bottom of the slip.
If the Refills section is marked YES, you are ready to refill your prescription online.
If the Refills section is marked NO, talk to your prescribing doctor about getting a new prescription. Once your doctor has put your new prescription into the system, you’re ready to fill it.

Refilling your prescription online is easy! Just give us some basic information, your prescribed medication and flavor choice.
Next, choose how you would like to receive your medicine. Can someone other than me pick up or take possession of my prescription?
We require a valid ID for all patients upon receipt of the medicine. If someone will be picking up or accepting delivery for you, you must have your physician add them into the Compassionate Use Registry as a caregiver. They will also need to provide ID upon receipt.
